Swindon is a lively town less than 20 miles from Tichborne's Farm. A shopping mecca and home to a huge designer outlet centre. Stores include Superdry, John Lewis home, Calvin Klein, Polo Ralph Lauren, Clarks, Gap, LK Bennett, Jane Shilton, Le Creuset, Thorntons, Helly Hansen and many more.

STEAM Museum in Swindon is perfect for railway enthusiasts and recalls the history of the Great Western Railway from its heyday when locomotives were made there from scratch and which also houses a (scale) model steam piston engine made by Jon Nash's Grandfather.
